Step outside your door, hop on your boat, and cruise to the Stuart Sandbar, waterfront restaurants, or world-class fishing within minutes. 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Baths. Master - King Bed / Guest 1 - Queen Bed / Guest 2 - Queen Bed. Amenities include community pool, dock access for paddle boarding or kayaking. Close walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping in Manatee Pocket and a short drive beaches! Dock slip with boat lift available for an additional $50 per night. One fixed bridge. Lift will accommodate up to a 30ft boat. Paddle boards available for $50 per day
