About this property

Guest Room - 30 mins to Manhattan

Room in Queens - easy access to NYC.

Stay with me in my residence in Queens.

I have two extra bedrooms with dedicated baths —one with a queen bed and one with a full. Your rental will include access to shared common areas, including a shared kitchen, living room, and an office/fitness room.

The light rail will take you into several north Queens Neighborhoods, well known for their popularity and food/fun. Take it into/out of Manhattan Penn Station, or Grand Central.

Local supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Generally a very residential neighborhood with conveniences just a short step away.

Also a great running trail along side the water is here.

I’m a writer who works from home, and am available for questions, otherwise I like to give guests their space :)

I'm looking forward to hosting and sharing my space with you! I'll be around but the easiest way to reach me is to just message through the app, text or call with your need.

We have one young cat. Please consider any allergies.
