Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Photography/filming allowed. Be courteous. Keep the volume down on electronic devices. Mid-/long-term stays, if utilities increase more than 30% above average use/cost, the guest will be charged.
Property has staff onsite/video surveillance 24/7. Guests may be fined $250 or more if they break posted rules. NO PARTIES: Only registered guests on property. Guests cannot utilize package/mail rooms
Late checkout incurs a $75 fee. Guests will be charged 50% of nightly rate if still in unit w/in 2 hours of checkout time. Guests not checked out by 1PM will incur fees equal 100% of the nightly rate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
