Apartment Julius 7 - beautiful, quiet and right in the middle -

Enjoy your stay in our apartment in the highest mountain town in the Harz Mountains, the climatic health resort of Sankt Andreasberg. The national park community is at 600 to 900 meters of altitude and a natural paradise awaits you here in every season. The ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the Harz National Park. The city center with all shops is within walking distance. If you don't want to cook, you can find some nice restaurants in the area that are within walking distance.

The apartment covers approx. 55 m² and is completely new equipped. The living room has a size of approx. 25m². In addition to a flat-screen TV (with satellite connection), well-being also includes free WiFi.

There is an extensively equipped kitchen. Among other things, the inventory of the kitchen includes a large refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine (for Senseo pads and filter bags), a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, a coffee vacuum jug and the like. a.

In the bathroom, equipped with toilet, sink and shower, our guests also have a hairdryer, hand washing soap and facial tissues at their disposal.

Of course, we also provide a free travel cot and a high chair for our "very young guests".

Illuminated parking spaces are located directly at the house. The use is of course free of charge.

Sustainable energy supply is important to us. The house is therefore supplied with environmentally friendly energy sources from green electricity.

We ask you not to smoke in the entire apartment. The outdoor area is available for this.

Bringing a dog is allowed.

Fin ny lækker lejlighed. Det eneste jeg var lidt utilfreds med var at der var håndværkere hele ugen som var ved at lægge fliser, uden for og at der ikke var nogle have møbler til at sidde på ude på terrassen om aften.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Den Schlüsseltresor draußen fanden wir sehr gut, so konnten wir anreisen wie wir wollten. Der Außenbereich wird aktuell gerade erneuert sogar eine wallbox wird gerade erreicht, so das auch E-Autos demnächst aufgeladen werden können

Eine gemütliche schöne Wohnung, Küche war gut ausgestattet, nur leider fehlte ein Dosenöffner. Im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer fehlte eine Leselampe.

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt als Familie mit Hund in St. Andreasberg. Die Wohnung selber ist sehr schön, gerade frisch renoviert. Das Haus selber, bzw. der Hauseingang wirkt recht altertümlich, wobei der Hausflur gerade frisch gestrichen wurde. Der wirklich einzigste kleine Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung leider sehr hellhörig ist. Aber da wir nur abends da waren, konnte man darüber hinwegsehen. Wir sind absolut nett empfangen worden und haben eine wirklich saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub in einem kleinen, nicht von Touristen überfüllten Örtchen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung nochmals buchen.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sauber und genau richtig für eine 3 köpfige Familie. Die ersten Tage musste wir leider etwas hinter unserem Harz Ticket her telefonieren, aber ansonsten verlief alles einwandfrei.
