This evergreen-lined corner acre-lot home offers privacy & convenience. With 4 bedrooms that sleep 13 comfortably & 2 modern full baths, there's plenty of space for groups or families. Adjacent to the historic Bethel Resort & Inn, you're walking distance to downtown and Gould Academy (or a 30-sec drive when it's chilly!). Swing by Gemini Cafe for coffee & a sandwich, or pop into Mountain Social for dinner. Best part? Only 10 minutes to Sunday River & Mt Abram. Traveling? NH is 18 minutes away.
The home was built in 1960 but was recently updated with all the modern amenities you need for an amazing trip to Maine!
The main level features a modern kitchen & a big living room complete with high end furniture.
Downstairs, the game room is equipped with a ping pong table, Nintendo Switch, and several board games.
The 6 person hot tub is open all four seasons and is lit by string lights and a custom neon sign. The back yard features a covered porch and fenced in dog run.
The property is right across the street from a baseball field, and woods trails if you fancy a stroll!
