​​​​​​​This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
No air conditioning, but excellent airflow and fans in every room keep the home cool.
​​​​​​​There is a game camera about 50-70 yards from the front door facing the national forest.
A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to cancellations after booking.
