In the complete kitchen with combination microwave / oven and ceramic hob there is a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave and much more. The modern bathroom has a shower, a vanity, heated towels and of course a hairdryer. From the spacious living room, equipped with an extra large flat-screen TV, modern couch and a TV armchair with a lying function, you can access the wonderful balcony. Here you will find opportunities to eat, sit and lie down; the electric awning provides shade if necessary. Special features Small dogs are welcome (5 euros / day). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment (possibility on the balcony). For general use you will find a washing machine and dryer (coin operated devices) in the house. There is a bicycle stand at the house and there is a reserved parking space for your car. The Baltic Sea and the beach are just a few steps away from the apartment. Location: The house Baltic is located directly behind the dike and offers its own beach access. So it's really only a few steps to the sea! The center of Grömitz can be reached quickly, here you will find various shops, pharmacies, hairdressers, bakeries and everything for everyday needs. There are various leisure options, such as: B. Mini golf or the climbing park in Lensterstrand (approx. 3 km away). But also a walk or a small bike tour in the evening sun to the marina on the cliffs are excellent. Here everyone will find something suitable for themselves!
