​​​​​​​Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.

• Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am (or as otherwise posted by community signage)
• No unregistered guests or large gatherings

Per HOA policy, violations involving parties or disturbances may result in a 1,000 dollar fine and eviction.

• Wildlife: Florida’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see insects or small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. This is considered a normal part of the local environment and is not grounds for refunds.
• Security cameras: For the security of our guests and the safety of the home, there are exterior only cameras at the front door, driveway, and backyard areas. There are no cameras inside the home.
