About this property

You can fully enjoy the accommodation “Your time out”, it is new and modern. The kitchenette offers you an induction hob, combination microwave / grill / fan oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine & a fridge with freezer. Coffee, tea and kitchen utensils (washing-up liquid, etc.) are provided for you free of charge. The combined living room / bedroom is equipped with a 180 x 200 cm bed, wardrobe, sofa bed and armchair as well as a television. The sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) z. b. can be set up for your child. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and here too there are some cosmetic items.
Make yourself comfortable on the balcony (south-west facing) with the wonderful lake view! There is comfortable garden furniture where you can sunbathe, eat, read or just relax. Children are welcome with us! The former Hotel offers enough variety for young and old. In the house there is a sauna, steam bath and a swimming pool with slide. On the other side of the street is the Kurpark, ideal for walking, with a large playground, boules alley, mini golf etc. The “Kulmbacher Teich” swimming lake is only a short distance away. Here you can swim, paddle boating or just sunbathe. The ascent to the Bocksberg by cable car or chair lift is 80 m away. On the mountain there is a great log cabin, a rapid summer toboggan run, slide towers and much more ... The down hill routes are very popular. If you want to hike the area on foot, the famous Liebesbankweg is the right place for you! In winter you can expect great ski and toboggan runs, a ski rental is in town. Snowshoeing is also becoming increasingly popular.

Kurzurlaub

Das Apartment ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase. Liebevoll, modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist wunderschön und macht jedes Frühstück zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. In 2 Minuten ist man im kleinen "Zentrum" des Ortes. Nur für einen größeren Einkauf oder eine ausgiebige Shoppingtour muss man einige Kilometer in den nächstgelegenen größeren Ort fahren, den man ganz bequem mit dem Bus erreichen kann. Mit den vielen Wander- und Radwegen kommt keine Langeweile auf. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Ein App. zum Wohlfühlen

Der Check-In war einfach und ist jederzeit möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Und bei Fragen bekam ich eine schnelle Antwort. In dem Appartment kann man ankommen und sich sofort wohlfühlen. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, es ist super sauber und es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich als Gast sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist im unteren Teil von Hahnenklee unweit von der Seilbahn und den Lokalen, die direkt hinter dem Objekt liegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Überraschung

Erst durch Nachfrage kam heraus, dass eine Doppelbuchung bestand. Obwohl ich Buchungsbestätigung und auch schon bezahlt hatte, war es nicht möglich, dass wir dieses Zimmer bekamen. Die Vermieterin kümmerte sich schnell darum, Ersatz zu finden. Leider war das Ersatzzimmer nicht die Ausstattung, die wir gebucht hatten. Auch die Sauberkeit war in dem Ersatzzimmer der anderen Vermieterin nicht gut. TV ging auch nicht. Mein Rat, immer den Vermieter sofort nach Buchung anschreiben und nach einer Bestätigung fragen.

Urlaubsbewertung

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage kleiner Ort wo man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann .Die Seilbahn war auch super wir haben dort den ganzen Tag verbracht. Die Parkanlage lädt zum spazieren ein und auf dem Spielplatz haben die Kinder ihren Spaß.
