The BURGI holiday rental (approx. 70 square metres) with a balcony and large garden is located on the ground floor.
You also have the option to book a second apartment.

The well-equipped kitchen features:
a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven with 4 ceramic burners, and a fridge-freezer combo, plus much more.

A 65-inch TV, a comfortable living room suite, and a large dining table, as well as a furnished balcony with a beautiful distant view.

Bedroom 1: Family bedroom
A double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) with new mattresses, 1 sleeper sofa, nightstands, a closet, and storage space. The room has 2 large windows overlooking the cable car, the Bocksberg with its summer toboggan run, and the historic Stabskirche.

Bedroom 2:
1 double bed (0.90 m x 2 m) with new mattresses, nightstands, a toy chest, and a large window overlooking the Bocksberg and the cable car.
Bedroom 3:
1 bunk bed for 2 people with safety rails (2 x 0.9 m), a chest of drawers, and chairs
The bathroom with a window:
It features a spacious walk-in shower and a large towel warmer. There is a powerful hair dryer and plenty of storage space.

The Hahnenklee is a paradise for nature-loving hikers, mountain bikers, dog owners, families, and those seeking relaxation. Many activities and events are offered in the village. Perfect for every season. See the events calendar at the tourist information office.
The nearby Kuttelbacher See (about a 15-minute walk) is ideal for swimming, paddle boating, and sunbathing.
The spa park, with the beautifully landscaped shores of the Kranichsee, offers relaxing walks and an imaginative playground for children.
There are many hiking trails (including the “Liebesbankweg”) and mountain bike routes around the Hahnenklee; in winter, it’s a paradise for cross-country skiers.
The cable car system—featuring a chairlift, gondola, and bike lift—is open year-round for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, and cyclists.
Within walking distance of the village, you’ll find various restaurants and a bakery for breakfast rolls or afternoon coffee.

Hahnenklee is a perfect starting point for day trips throughout the Harz Mountains—to the Brocken, the narrow-gauge railway, the mining museum, mine tunnels or charcoal kilns, glassblowers, fantastic summer toboggan runs, the world’s longest suspension bridge of its kind in the heart of the Rappbode Valley, or the double zip line, as well as the historic towns of Goslar, Wernigerode, Bad Harzburg, and much more.
