The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, and barbecue facilities.

Bardolino, Calmasino district. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
