The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where comfort meets convenience, complete with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Whether unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this excellent retreat offers a perfect balance of rest and adventure. Experience what Key Colony Beach has to offer with a stay at our house. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies for the time of your stay. Dock space is 30 foot in length with parking for a trailer and two more cars or trucks with covered parking. Small outdoor shower to wash off the salt after a day out on the water. Home also has a filet table at the dock with water and lights. Lovely patio that you can sit out and relax upstairs to watch the family filet the catch from the day. Also a propane BBQ grill. Patio set to sit and cook your dinner outside. Home has a bin that holds some items for the kids and adults to take to beach for the day. To do all your cooking. Home also has Cabana Club which is included with the rental...Home will have 2 kayaks which is a great way to explore the city of key colony beach by the water. Loved our stay at Sun & Sea. Property was recently renovated so everything was sparkling new and extremely clean. Perfect size home and amenities for my husband and I and our college kid on spring break. Be sure to check out Sunset Park for nightly community sunset traditions. And, live music on Sundays. Overall, great duplex, good location, fantastic hosts and communication, with lots of included amenities.

Great home and location! We have been staying in Key Colony for the past 5 years and love this area. We loved this home and enjoyed our time here. The porch overlooking the canal was perfect for our morning coffee and we ended almost every evening on it, enjoying the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again as it was spacious and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful as well. The Cabana Club was a great bonus as we enjoyed the amenities to it during our 2 week stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Sun and Sea in Key Colony Beach. The newly remodeled duplex is adorable, with cute décor and a very clean, fresh feel. Everything was incredibly well organized and thoughtfully set up. The home was stocked with the supplies we needed, which made our stay easy and comfortable.The location on the canal was perfect, and the outdoor area was beautiful, such a relaxing place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. You can tell a lot of care went into creating this space. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Keys!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and well supplied. It came stocked with all the essentials for a week stay. The Cabana Club access is a great added bonus! It is close enough to walk or bike to the Cabana Club and was also just a short walk to sunset beach. We hope to be able to book the same property again next year.
