We are two couples and 4 friends who decided to take a leap together and buy a house with gorgeous views but needing TLC. We spent 4 months cleaning, painting and renovating the house to make it comfortable and enjoyable for families to make memories here!
Why they chose this property
When we visited the house we were captivated by the views of the Madelyn Marx Preserve, the tip of Parson’s beach, and the ocean beyond. The property is private and conveniently located from the lower village of Kennebunk and Dock Square. We love taking walks from the house daily along the bridle path and watching the view change with the tides and the season.
