Cozy, comfortable and quiet apartment on the upper floor of Villa Andrea with a south-facing balcony
The Fewo Plauer See is on the upper floor and has approx. 45 sqm, living and dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 shower room, cable TV, stereo, WiFi, south-facing balcony, non-smoking apartment.
Theodor Fontane already wrote: "The air is wonderful and, depending on the wind, I am surrounded by a damp sea breeze on our balcony or by the scent of fir from the forest side".
In the oldest villa street of Waren / Müritz, in the immediate vicinity of the Müritz (bathing area 200m) and directly at the Müritz National Park, you will find Villa Andrea and her 5 holiday apartments.
From the garden, which has seating, a grill and deckchairs, you can directly access the national park, which invites you to bike or foot activities.
Parking spaces are available on the property; in the garden there is a lockable bicycle shed with the possibility to charge batteries for your e-bikes.
The wood-burning sauna in the wooden house will be available again from 2020. Washer and dryer for free use are available in the basement of Villa Andrea.

Prinzipiell ein schönes kleines Apartment, aber leider wurde auf dem Balkon unter uns geraucht, so dass wir nicht auf dem Balkon sitzen konnten oder die Balkontür auflassen konnten, da alles hochzog. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da man dann total eingeschränkt ist.

Wohnung ist zentrumsnah gelegen, in ruhiger Lage Ausstattung ausreichend und sauberDie Betten sind etwas zu weich. Abschließbarer Schuppen für die Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Parkplätze im Grundstück. Alles in Ordnung, Preis Leistung passt.

Für uns war alles vollkommen in Ordnung.
Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, allerdings etwas außerhalb des Zentrums (ca. 3 km) aber dafür direkt am beeindruckenden Müritz-Nationalpark.
Einzig das Bett war mit 1,60 x 2 m ein wenig schmal. Für uns zwar noch in Ordnung aber größere Gäste sollten das wissen.
Netter Vermieter. Alles reibungslos.

Schöner Urlaub in der Villa Andrea in Waren/Müritz
Die Villa Andrea ist ein schönes, im alten Still neu gebautes Haus mit toll geschnittenen, modern eingerichteten und mit allem ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen. Die Gegend ist extrem ruhig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Trotzdem war man mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Waren. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen in den Nationalpark oder rund um die Müritz. Die Räder haben Nachts im Fahrradschuppen sicher gestanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus und ein schöner Balkon, auf dem wir toll gefrühstückt haben. Herr Kimpel ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.
