We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. Lovely accommodations, fireplace, deck, clean, modern, great location, easy to follow instructions, private, quiet, reasonably priced, list goes on. Thank you for such a great stay.

This is a beautiful cottage right on Soquel Creek. We spent the time either walking the short distance into town or reading on the lovely deck. It was very relaxing!

Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends.

This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.
