Welcome to Highland Lodge at Eagles Nest!
Tucked into the front side of Eagles Nest in the Sunset neighborhood, Highland Lodge at Eagles Nest is a beautiful mountain retreat that's perfect for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect. With seasonal mountain views, cozy living spaces, and great outdoor areas, this home offers the ideal mix of comfort and mountain charm.
The main level features an open floor plan where everyone can gather together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a big island with three leather bar stools—great for morning coffee or chatting. The dining table seats six and is just right for sharing dinners after a day of exploring.
The living room has a warm, welcoming feel, centered around a gas fireplace, comfy seating, and a large flat-screen TV. Two sets of doors open out to the deck so you can let the mountain air in and enjoy the view. Step outside and you'll find a bubbling hot tub and a covered sitting area with a gas fireplace and TV—perfect for relaxing any time of day. There's also plenty of seating, a gas grill for outdoor meals, and in the lower yard, a fire pit for the perfect end to your day. Whether you're watching a movie, playing games, or taking in the fresh mountain air, this space invites you to unwind and make lasting memories.
The main-level king suite is a quiet retreat with a spa-like bathroom featuring a tiled shower, soaking tub, and double vanity.
Downstairs, there's room for everyone:
A queen suite with a private bathroom.
A bedroom with two queen beds and a TV, with easy access to a hallway bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo.
A bunk nook with two twin-over-twin bunks located beside a cozy den with a TV and oversized “cloud” leather sofa, which converts to a sleeper for additional guests—perfect for movie nights or hanging out. Sliding barn doors close it off for privacy when it's time for bed.
Highland Lodge at Eagles Nest is a family-friendly property. The owners have equipped the house with two Pack-and-Play units, a changing table, two convertible high chairs, sound machines, two toddler blow-up beds, and a slumberpod.
While enjoying your stay at Highland Lodge, the rental rate includes an amenity fee that grants access to a wide array of world-class community amenities inside Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
