Experience West Newfields like a local in this fabulous 2-bedroom lake house. The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy full bed. Guests can relax in the beautiful living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed, or catch up on work in the loft with an additional full bed. With two bathrooms and thoughtful touches like heating beautiful stone fireplace and air conditioning, comfort is always within reach. Enjoy Balch Lake with quick access directly down the road featuring a beautiful little beach to sit and enjoy a swim, paddle boarding, or kayaking.Tennis & pickle ball court in the winter months there is opportunity for ice fishing, a close by ski hill for skiing , tubbing @ King Pine and trails for snowmobiling. And ATV. Whether you’re unwinding or staying productive, this fantastic home provides a welcoming space for all. We hope you enjoy what our place and West Newfields has to offer. And of course the beautiful North Conway about 40 min.
