For transparency, this reservation was fully refunded, and the guest was additionally allowed to stay one night free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
Unfortunately, after departure, the apartment was found in a state requiring exceptional cleaning and repairs, which is documented. This is not representative of how we operate nor of the usual condition of the property.
The apartment is located in a lively area, which is clearly mentioned in the listing description. Check-in was completed once the apartment was fully prepared to ensure safety and comfort.
We manage our properties professionally and fairly, and we always act in good faith to resolve issues when they arise.
