Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance leads over a 8 sqm terrace. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs and porch swing. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate toilet with WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonalmádi. The holiday home is situated on a 1,600 m² enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. As the surroundings are a quiet residential area, we ask our guests to behave accordingly; loud noise is not permitted after 10 p.m. Thank you for your understanding. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
