Beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. Right on the 9th tee of the golf course, and just 1 block from Bear Mountain Ski Resort - this is a wonderful year-round getaway. With a wall of windows, this townhome is light and airy featuring a golf course and mountain views. The living area with its vaulted ceiling with floor-to-ceiling brick fireplace and cozy and comfortable decor is just perfect. The dining area and kitchen offer plenty of seating and ample room for those special occasions. With a telescope and electric piano - you probably won't want to leave this perfect getaway. The spacious kitchen is updated, fully equipped, and complete with everything you need. With this great Big Bear location, you'll be near everything!

Each bedroom is very carefully decorated and invites you to relax. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and features its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom also features a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom features a daybed/trundle bed that during the day can be a quiet relaxing sitting room or "getaway" and at night, turns into a bedroom. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
