CLUB ACCESS: the owner of this home has a Platinum Membership at Palm Valley CC. Therefore, renters have pay-and-play access to 2 Ted Robinson, 18-hole golf courses, plus a fabulous athletic/gym complex, 16 tennis courts, pickleball courts, a high-end spa, and a beauty salon. Great dining at the 100,000 SF clubhouse and wonderful activities for all ages and interest levels. Renters must first register at the clubhouse. A one-time per-property service fee will be charged at registration. Renters who do not choose to register for use will find that there are numerous fine public golf courses, tennis facilities, and fitness centers in the vicinity. All renters have access to any of the communities 46 pools and spas and selected clubhouse facilities (dining, a cocktail lounge, spa treatments, and a hair salon).
