The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the back patio. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen features all the conveniences of home, and opens out to a large covered patio with BBQ grill, dining table, and lounge seating, all looking out onto a nice view of the 3rd fairway.



ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including 20 swimming pools and spas, a par 72 golf course, a driving range, a clubhouse with dining and lounge, and a full-service tennis program, including pickleball courts.



You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this unit. Pet-friendly for small dogs a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay.
