About this property

The entire residential building including the annex with a small wellness area is available to the guest.

The house is located high above the Brixen basin at 1450 m. Elevation in an absolutely quiet location.
From the holiday home you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains of South Tyrol (Villnösser and Aferer Geisler)

The house was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2019.
On a living space of around 200 m² you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday in addition to a fireplace. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
In the annex there is a small wellness area with a Finnish sauna and relaxation room, as well as an old, lovingly restored mill.

Traumhaus in traumhafter Alleinlage

Das Haus liegt am Ende der Straße in Alleinlage oberhalb von Vahrn (ca 15 min Serpentinen). Die Lage ist traumhaft der Blick unbeschreiblich. In der fussläufigen Umgebung gibt es 2-3 urige Gasthäuser mit tollem Essen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Eine Natur-Rodelpiste ist auch 200 m entfernt. Die Schlitten kann man beim Gasthaus leihen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig und es ist alles sehr sauber. Es gibt im Keller einen Raum mit Kicker und Dartscheibe und etwas Spielzeug für Kinder. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und trotzdem sehr gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Lediglich ein paar kleine Löffel, Rotweingläser und Kaminbesteck hätten es noch perfektioniert 😊. Es steht eine große Garage zur Verfügung in der wir unsere Autos abstellen konnten - perfekt. Die separate Sauna mit Ruheliege ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und der Blick durchs Fenster auf die Berge unbezahlbar. Umlaufender Balkon in der ersten Etage des Hauses. Großzügiger Garten/Aussenbereich und ein Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Stall mit den süßen Schafen nebenan ist für Kinder sehr toll. Insgesamt ist es eine traumhafte Unterkunft für mehrere Personen die es einem zusammen gemütlich machen lässt aber auch genug Raum zum zurück ziehen bietet. Volle Weiterempfehlung! Wir kommen sicher wieder 😊

Ein Traumhaus auf dem Berg

Unsere Abenteuer Gruppe hat sich sofort in das wundervolle Haus und deren wundervollen Ambiente verliebt. Ideal für eine Auszeit in der Natur, für Wanderungen zur Alm, MTB, Spieleabende, Sonnenbäder auf der großen Terrasse oder einfach Sauna Wellness in der Unterkunft. Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt und die Ruhe und der viele Platz war für uns Stadtmenschen genau das Richtige. Der Austausch mit Ingrid und Christoph lief reibungslos und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und willkommen. Ich auch für Familien mit Kindern ist das Haus ein toller Urlaubsort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir wollen versuchen auf jedenfall wieder zu kommen und können die schöne Zeit noch lange in Erinnerung halten.

Erholung pur!

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Ingrid und Christoph war endlich einmal wieder richtiger Urlaub! Wir (zwei Familien) mit Kindern bis 6 Jahren haben in der tollen Urlaubslocation eine Woche komplett vom Alltag abschalten können. Die Location verdient 5 Sterne, die Umgebung ist einzigartig und die Hosts, Ingrid und Christoph sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das war auf jeden Fall nicht unser einziger Besuch, wir werden wiederkommen soviel steht fest. Beste Grüße aus Bayern

Traumhaft gelegene Idylle

Perfekt ausgestattetes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Super netter Kontakt zum Vermieter Anfahrt über einigen Serpentinen und engen Straßen, aber im Grunde kein Problem ! Gerne kommen wir wieder !! Vielen Dank !
