This property was perfect for our group of 7. The accomodation is very new so immaculately clean and comfortable. The only reason I am rating as 4 stars is because of the noise. There is a train track right beside the building and the trains go throughout the night. The owner however is considerate and supplied many ear plugs so we managed with that. The accomodation is beautiful so despite the noise level we wouldn't hesitate to book again.
Our stay was wonderful. Finding 3 bedrooms and 3 bath accommodation for adults on a golf/sightseeing trip is tricky but we definitely found the perfect spot for our group. Clean, nicely decorated and pretty views.Only drawback is the trains going by as the unit is close to the tracks. Host Donna was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay here again!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo! It was the perfect place for three girls spending a week exploring Canmore, Banff, and the surrounding area. The condo itself was lovely - comfortable, spacious, beautifully appointed, and a wonderful place to come home to after a day of hiking and exploring. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it especially comfortable for the three of us, and the location made it very easy to head out and explore everything the Canmore–Banff area has to offer. Our hosts were fantastic. They were extremely responsive, helpful, and thoughtful, and we really appreciated them checking in during our stay to make sure everything was going well.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We enjoyed every minute of our time here and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and convenient home base in Canmore. We would happily stay here again!
Communication with Donna was great! The condo was fantastic. Being a corner unit, it was next to the side door that led to the pool. Also made it easy to backup to this door and unload our ski gear each day. The unit also included a storage locker to stow all our ski gear. It was in a heated room and everything dried wonderfully. Make sure to bring your own lock. We will definitely be booking this condo for our next ski trip!
Very clean and well equipped condo. The decor, amenities, furnishings, kitchen accessories, and linens were all top notch. The building is new. The disappointments were that the spa and pool closed the day after we arrived for some issue related to contamination. The parking availability is also an issue. There is one underground assigned parking stall and if your group has more than one vehicle, which on a three bedroom unit is most likely, you have to hope there is a visitors spot open and there are only maybe 10 available for the entire complex. Parking offsite is next to impossible. The train rail behind the complex was mentioned in the listing and is livable with but the construction next door consisted of a bulldozer and compactor grading and moving dirt 10 feet from our outdoor patio ALL day long. Mentioned this to the owner and all we got was “we mentioned there was construction next door”. All in all, it was not a great experience for the nightly cost of this condo. All of these issues were arguably out of the owner’s control, but it certainly did not justify the price of the unit and the brush off we received.

Thank you for your feedback and for your kind comments about the cleanliness, furnishings, amenities, and overall quality of the condo.
We're sorry that certain circumstances affected your stay. Unfortunately, the pool closure was a temporary building-managed health and safety measure and was resolved quickly, with the facility reopening later that morning. While unfortunate, we were thankful it did not result in a prolonged closure.
Regarding construction, we understand that nearby work can be frustrating. This is one of the reasons we note this in our listing, as we strive to be transparent so guests can make informed booking decisions. When you contacted us, our response was:
"I'm very sorry about this issue. Although we mention daytime construction next door and possible noise in the listing, it's never nice to actually experience it like that. Hopefully you have a nice quiet and relaxing evening."
We genuinely apologized for the disruption and did not intend to dismiss your concerns. While external factors such as construction activity, building amenities, and visitor parking availability are beyond our direct control, we always make every effort to communicate known conditions openly and respond promptly when guests reach out.
We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable and well-equipped stay for our guests visiting Canmore.
