Lani kai unit 111 in Gulf Shores is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom 2-bath condo. Inside, guests find a charming space with one queen bed and one Full bed, a twin bed plus a nice living room featuring a queen sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers add convenience to your stay. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. This is a 1st floor condo, no elevators, 1 flight of stairs.

Its a short walk across the street to the deeded beach access. Enjoy the gulf view from the living room and living room balcony. The condo has 2 pools, 1 family pool and 1 for adults only. No need to look for parking. Condo has designated covered parking for 2 vehicles.

Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates and bowls. Kitchen also has a dishwasher. We also have a grilling area right by the pool. This condo has washer and dryer inside unit for your convenience. Condo also offers free wifi.

Both living room and bedrooms have flat screen tv's.

We are .5 miles from the hangout with several restaurants and shops. We are 1 block from peir 33.

Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee, this brilliant spot offers a welcoming retreat.

Family pool- If you have little ones in diapers, they must be in a swimmer diaper to enter pool.

Adult pool- Must be 19 to enter adult only pool area.

This unit was so great! The room was clean and had everything you could want. Chairs for the beach and an umbrella, blender for your drinks. There is a coffee pot, but bring your own coffee. We had such a good time! It's close to so much! Great restaurants, the hangout if you want live music, ice cream shops, and souvenir shops all around. Even though it was across the street from the beach, you still had a view of it from our balcony. We had the best time and will definitely book this room again when we get the chance.

Easy access to the beach, close to all food and event attractions. Condo community is quiet (for the most part). Host has done her best to keep condo running in good condition, nicely decorated and surface level clean. Would advise maintenance being done in the bathroom(s) plumbing and ventilation systems. Would probably recommend to others. Will definitely recommend if you or loved ones you are traveling with have disabilities sending their documentation of accommodations ahead of time, do your due diligence of reading that community hoa rules and guidelines to avoid any potential issues or uncomfortable interruptions or inconveniences of surprise fees. Outside of that my stay was enjoyable my family and I had a nice time.
