Apartments, 3 kilometers from the historic center of Merano. Large balcony with 12 sqm - panoramic view. In-house brine pool relax in our Mediterranean garden. The heated pool is in operation from around mid-April. Modern exclusive design apartments in the old village center of Algund. The house is managed by the Schrötter family.
The interior is of high quality with elegant, clear and straight lines. All apartments have been designed with great attention to detail and offer a high level of living comfort.

Traumhafte Fewo

Die Fewo liegt in Hanglage in Algund und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über den ganzen Talkessel. Familie Schrötter führt das Haus sehr liebevoll und steht für Fragen oder Anregungen immer zur Verfügung. Wir bekamen eine herzliche Begrüßung und Führung durch das Haus, incl. Fewo. Die Fewo entspricht exakt der Beschreibung der Website. Der mediterrane Garten ist bezaubernd angelegt und gepflegt. Unter Olivenbäumen oder Weinstöcken kann man hervorragend entspannend. Der Pool bietet an heißen Tagen eine kühlende Erfrischung und war bei unserem Aufenthalt nie überlaufen. Unser Auto, Fahrräder und Motorrad konnten wir in der geräumigen Tiefgarage abstellen. Per Lift erreicht man schnell und bequem die Fewo.
