The apartment has been completely renovated and modernized. We have placed particular emphasis on sleeping comfort. The sofa bed has comfortable dimensions of 160 cm x 200 cm - here 2 people can really dream comfortably. The bedroom is furnished with an upholstered bed with 7-zone pocket springs as a double bed (160x200 cm). All windows have blackout pleated blinds. The bathroom with shower / toilet has a glass-clad shower cubicle and a rain shower. From the terrace with the lawn in front of it you look out over the rooftops of Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. Enjoy the absolute tranquility of this apartment with a view over Laboe to the Kiel Fjord. The large ferries and the many famous cruise ships, such as Mein Schiff, AIDA Costa or even the Queen Mary 2, are easy to observe.

With a powerful WLAN connection, you can work or surf the Internet if necessary.
Both TVs have an internet connection and access to NETFLIX and other media libraries. Have your electronic assistant "Alexa" announce the weather report from Laboe, report new things from politics or play your favorite music.

The modern garden furniture ensures that you will feel very comfortable on the covered terrace.
Enjoy the silence with the twittering of birds and the beautiful view.

The town center, the marina and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A REWE store is only a 2-minute walk away. In summer it is also open for you at the weekend. There is a small Greek restaurant in house A.

From May onwards, a beach chair on the beach is available free of charge.

You can park your car on the Fördeblick facility - you do not have an assigned parking space.
