Direkt an der Promenade mit Fördeblick, gute Ausstattung
Pros: Schöne Lage, gute moderne Ausstattung,
Cons: Direkt hinter dem Ocean Eleven, daher entsprechend morgens etwas Lärm und die Mülltonnen im Blick
