Located in the well-known recreational and yacht marina “Marina Wendtorf,” the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home “Lagunenblick 41”—situated right on the waterfront—offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a Baltic Sea holiday on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, this 68-square-meter holiday home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and the highlight: a dry sauna.

Utility costs for Wi-Fi, gas, water, and electricity, as well as a parking space, are included!

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have windows that can be darkened. Also located on the ground floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cosy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.

The outdoor area features seating, a parasol, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill. There is also a free parking space right next to the house. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days, this semi-detached home impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view towards the sea. Your dog is welcome.

The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” will take care of your culinary needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlour offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
