About this property

The 3-room apartment "Ostseewelle" is exactly the right choice for your next Baltic vacation. Up to 4 people can stay on 46 m². The Probsteier Platz, the center of Laboe, is right outside the door. In addition to a small kitchenette, the apartment "Ostseewelle" has to offer, a bathroom with shower / toilet, a living room with a double couch + armchair and a dining area. From the balcony you can even catch a glimpse of the port of Labo.

Washer and dryer (coin operated machines) can be used in the house. There is a car parking space right in front of the door (free choice of place depending on availability). For our anglers we have a freezer with separate compartments in the house.

Ohne jeglichen Komfort und Wohlfühlfaktor

Zuerst sei erwähnt, die FördeFeWo hat super auf unsere Sorgen und Nöte reagiert und uns umgehend geholfen!!! 5 Sterne! An die Eigentümer: die Whg. steht in keinem Falle in einem angemessenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, trotz ihrer zentralen Lage! Die Einrichtung ist alt, billig und abgegrabbelt, die Schränke riechen unangenehm, die Küche hat nur einen Heißwasserbeuler, es gab nicht genug Besteck und große Gläser für 4 Personen, eine von vier großen Tassen war kaputt, es gab nur ein passenden Topf für die Größe der zwei Herdplatten! Eine Matratze war total durchgelegen, die in die Jahre gekommenen Vorhänge in einem der Zimmer sind 30 cm zu kurz (wir haben diese selbst umgegangen mit einem aus dem Wohnzimmer, da man sonst um 5 Uhr morgens wach war), zudem gab es in Flur, Bad und Küche nur sehr funzelige Beleuchtung, die Whg. allgemein ist sehr hellhörig, der Flur zur Whg. dunkel und muffig. Es gibt auch kein WLAN, für Familien nicht zu empfehlen! (wie oben schon erwähnt konnte uns die Agentur bei einigen grundlegenden Probleme, wie Matratze, fehlende Gläser/Besteck/Topf umgehend helfen! ) Dennoch können wir die Whg. aufgrund ihres schlechten Allgemeinzustands auch im Vergleich mit anderen Objekten in ähnlicher Lage und Ausstattung (z. B.. die Whg. HH 11 "Mövennest" im gleichen Haus) auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen!!! Kein angemessener Preis für diese Wohnung! Daher insgesamt nur 1 Stern!
