This beautiful, 3 bedroom home is in the perfect location. Near shopping centers, hospitals and restaurants and with easy access to I-10; in 25 minutes you will find yourself right on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Really The Perfect Place, furnished for comfort, to create a relaxing environment in your home away from home. Enjoy coffee in the mornings on the screened in back porch while you watch the birds at the feeders. You will love it.
Two of the bedrooms have queen sized mattresses, while the third bedroom has two twins. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, stove and dishwasher and the yard is maintained as well. Washer and dryer are included as well as starter TP, paper towel and cleaning supplies.

I am originally from Pace FL. I currently teach middle school student STEM and history up in Georgia. I love to hang out with my family, go to the beach, hike in the mountains or explore historical sites with my husband, Tom. We've been married for 34 years and have 6 grown kids and 4 grands so far.
Why they chose this property
I love that it is a safe and quiet court in town, but still close to the beaches. You have everything you need, with all of Pensacola's amazing restaurants and downtown life. There are so many things to do with kids and museums and so much history! They even have their own little freedom trail downtown. Then in less than a 1/2 hour, you are on the most amazing beaches in the world!
What makes this property unique
We are located on a safe and quiet court. Our house has an added screened in porch that is unique and it opens up to a nice fenced in back yard. We even have a fire pit if you stay in the winter time. It is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and sports a beach vibe.
