* Tenant registration is required in the building. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a form to fill out and submit to the building before the check in date.

*There is no designated parking spot for this unit but there is a available secure underground paid parking garage with 24/7 security on site that is within a 6-8 minutes walk of the building at 88 Queens Quay W and 1 York St. The parking range costs 30-40 dollars a day.
