We spent 3 nights (about 365/nt) here and it was exactly what we needed. The decor of the house is very nice and the outdoor patio was a big hit with us. We spent each morning outside drinking coffee and our evenings were spent watching the fireflies! We appreciated the amenities supplied in the bathrooms. The neighborhood was very quiet and full of lovely bird life (including cardinals). My dad thought his mattress was amazing (no sore hips!) and I found the bedding to be super luxurious. Check in and check out was an absolute breeze. I appreciate the fact that we didn't have a 10 item checklist for either. Any time I reached out to the host, I got an immediate reply. I also appreciated not being required to buy an insurance policy when booking. Would highly recommend.
