This is an older house in a well established neighborhood. The interior has recently been nicely updated with great bathrooms and a very nice, well-equipped kitchen. I had the occasion to contact the host shortly after moving in (I locked us out!), He was responsive, and had someone out to assist us in a very short period of time. The neighborhood is very nice, with large mature shade trees and most homes are landscaped with nice flowers. We were visiting family and friends in the area and the location couldn't have been better. There is good shopping of all kinds nearby and the house is in close proximity of several major roads and highways. All the appliances are new and AC worked great (it was hot and we needed that AC). This was one of the more comfortable rentals we have every stayed in.
