WE ONLY RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY DURING THE BUSY SEASON (MARCH-OCTOBER) & MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT! Security will check at the gate.
Welcome to our 1 bedroom, 1 bath beachfront condo! We are located at Long Beach Resort, Tower 4 on the 8th floor! Our condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. We purchased and renovated our condo in 2016. We have a king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, 2 large flat screen tv’s, dining area for up to 4 guest, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and tile flooring throughout. The living room tv is a "smart tv". The kitchen is equipped with blender, traditional coffeemaker, toaster, and other necessities for cooking. This condo was designed for coastal living, relaxation, and comfort. The most important aspect of this condo is the VIEW. Our unit has wall to wall, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living area to the bedroom. Out of the sliding glass doors of either room you will find an oversize balcony where you can sit and enjoy the world’s most beautiful beaches and watch the dolphins and other wildlife. We have 2 chairs with a table and ceiling fan on the balcony. We cannot wait for you to come and enjoy our vacation home!

Great stay!

We loved our stay here ! Comfortable place , beautiful balcony with beautiful sunsets, cool pool with waterfalls that the kids loved . Shops across the street. Loved having the beach chairs rented for us too! Everything was clean and worked perfectly

Perfect vacation!!

Fantastic stay at the Beach!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in PCB in the last several years. The place is so welcoming and has a great home feeling to it. The balcony was absolutely wonderful!! And perfect size for the three of us. We saw dolphins every morning with the amazing view. This is a place we will visit again.

Dream getaway

From the private onsite parking to the easy check in, our vacation was a dream. Steve and Kim are wonderful hosts, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. You can sit on the large balcony and watch the breathtaking view for hours.

Nice room overall.

Overall ok, but the electronic entry door latch was broken. The owner was aware of this but did not inform us until we could not lock the door. The parking pass for the previous year and security threatened to tow our vehicle but modified the pass for us.

Beyond happy

I rented this condo for a fall break trip that included myself ,my best friend, my daughter and her best friend. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the decor added an amazing feel to to the beach happiness, our view from the 8th floor was perfect. We had the best time and look forward to renting from Steve and Kim again, they made our check in and out super easy, thanks again☺️

Home Away From Home

My husband, 3 year old daughter and I just got back yesterday from our week long stay in this beautiful condo! I have to say this was our best vacation ever! This condo was our perfect home away from home! Everything from the stainless steel appliances, granite countertops (kitchen and bathroom) to the home decor was so nice! Not to mention the amazing ocean view from the living room and bedroom! Condo was also very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our 7 night stay. The owners were very nice and helpful and obviously take pride in their beautiful condo. Hope to stay here again next year!

Coastal Tranquility with an Amazing View

We had a fabulous stay at Kim and Steve's condo. It is even nicer than the photos! The furniture was comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything you'd need. Fridge even has an ice maker! Bonus for taking beverages down to the pool or beach. The condo was very clean and also had all the cleaning supplies you'd need should you want to do any of your own clean up during your stay. What is most impressive about this condo is the view from both the living room and bedroom, nothing like waking up to that view and listening to the waves at night. I loved how Kim and Steve have decorated the space, bringing all the colors and textures of the beach inside, it made for a true beach escape experience! The Long Beach Resort complex is very nice, kept clean and the staff are very friendly, the security guard at the gate was awesome. We were not able to use the pool in our tower (#4) as it was under repair, but still able to use the larger pool and hot tub in the middle of the resort. We did not take advantage of the beach chairs as they didn't put them out until March 1 of our stay and that's when the "no alcohol" policy is put into effect for the month on the beach. (Due to spring break) There were plenty of chairs by the pool and its right on the beach anyways, there you are free to have a drink or two! We found the resort pretty quiet during our stay, didn't get too busy until the last week we were there with university students. Panama City Beach has everything you need, great shopping, ton of restaurants, two right on the beach within walking distance of the condo, which we took advantage of often! Kim and Steve were great to work with, prompt and professional. This was our first venture into the VRBO experience and we are so pleased with it we are doing it again next year.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo! Very clean. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed. Several beach items to use. Beach chairs and umbrella come with it, which is wonderful! Kim was very quick to answer my call and reply to texts. Beautiful view of the ocean from the 8th floor balcony via the double sliding glass doors! Nice new gym! Highly recommend staying here! Shopping, grocery stores and restaurants all very close. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo, Kim!

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Kudos to the cleaning service because the entire place was spotless and smelled nice. There was entertainment at the main pool every day we were there (live music or DJ). We really liked the layout of this condo and would definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I...it was very clean and the view is absolutely beautiful. There are 3 pools to choose from when red flags are flying...We recommend stayiny here even a couple with small children. It has a pull out couch in the living area. Ceiling to floor glass windows to see the beach from bedroom as well. Great place overall!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Perfect location! Perfect facility! Upon arrival, checking in was so easy and the condo was clean and very welcoming - plenty of room for the two of us, and the view of the beach from our balcony was wonderful, especially at sunset. Steve and Kim, our hosts were great to work with as well.

This condo is in the best location of Panama City. You are within 5-10 min of absolutely everything. The condo was very clean and everything as advertised. The view is immaculate. We also really enjoy the gated parking lot. Owners are very responsive as well. Would recommend staying here for your next vacation.

Great little condo for 2!

We really did enjoy this condo. Beautiful view with high deck furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. AC worked perfectly and kept it cool as it is so hot and humid this time of year in FL. It appeared clean and nicely decorated with beach decor. The only cons for us was the firm mattress (which definitely hard to please everyone in that category but FYI) and the oversized outdated soaker tub for the only shower. It's a little stained and old but honeslty worked fine. May be hard to step into for older or those with limitations. Overall, it was a nice condo and we had a good week with no issues. Close to many restaurants and WalMart right up the street.

Very disappointed

Well to start it smelled very musty when walking in .. while taking a shower noticed water leaking fron the ceiling which i have video proof of it.. the main problem was that the balcony door in the bedroom did not lock was rusted and the fact that i have a 6 year old is not safe at all ..all doors need to be able to be locked to ensure my child does not go on the balcony on floor 8.. got stuck in the elevator.. most of all there where cockroach in the room as well i have picture proof of that as well.the toilet made an awful noise while flushing.The room had not been dusted at all which triggered my allergies bad. For the amount of money spent on this room it was very disappointing .. part of the fees for this room was for cleaning ?? Cleaning what just the floor? ALSO when contacted property owner asking about how to lock the door when leaving the room was told to look at the email and nothing in that email was explained how to do so i had to figure it out on my own .. probably will never use this again..i will be giving a bad review because of all this.
