Lawn care takes place every other Monday, please ensure all games, lawn furniture, and debris are cleared from the lawn.

The property uses private well water for drinking and daily use. The water is tested per state recommendations and is safe to use. Sometimes odors from the water can be noticeable after a period of low water use which is not a threat to human health. We have provided few bottled waters in the fridge for your convenience.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels in the laundry bin inside the bathroom. Turn faucets, stove, coffee maker off. Lock up front door, all windows, and shut garage door. No hot firewood inside trash cart.
Trash - MUST be bagged and tied and placed inside the Trash cart. Bag All aluminum cans separately to be recycled, leave next to trash cart/ inside garage. Place trash cart at the end of driveway.
No fireworks. No loud music. Please shoes off inside the home. Wash dishes and put away where you found them. Wash countertops and stovetop. Clean out microwave and oven if used.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
MAXIMUM 5 NIGHTS per booking Quiet hours 8pm till 7am.
Signed Rental agreement and Valid Government issued photo ID of all guests required before check in. All guests must be 26 years of age and older.
WHEN USING THE FIREPIT- Do not light a fire if winds exceed 10 mph. Fires are strictly prohibited during local county burn bans. Use only dry firewood

It was a quiet little area. Perfect way to unplug and truly reset. If we come back to this area we would definitely stay here again! Hosts are friendly accommodating people.
