The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
-Please place used towels on the floor in the laundry room. Linens will be removed by the cleaning crew. -Please remove all the garbage from the apartment. Place in the dumpster in the parking area.
-Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, TV & ACs. -Place the single key set in the lock box 0273, mix the numbers, check the lock box is closed. Leave the second set in the bowl on the dining table.
-Check out promptly at 10am. A $60 fee will be charged for non compliance. check outs after 11:00 a full night will be charged, this does not mean you get to stay one more night or to stay later.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Provide first/last name of all guests upon confirmation. Only names provided may enter the complex. No exceptions. Security verifies all guests
One time admin fee of $12 per person for ID bracelets. Admin charge not set by host. It is not included in reservation price, fee is non-refundable
