Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #1105 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 11th floor of the Breakers East building. This is a gated community directly on the beach, no roads to cross. Reserved, covered parking space for your convenience. Spectacular beachfront views from the spacious balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Master Bedroom - King size bed, 37 inch flat screen cable HDTV, CD/DVD player
Master Bathroom - shower/bathtub combo with glass shower doors, single vanity
Second Bedroom - (2) Queen size beds, 24 inch flat screen cable TV. Room darkening shades.
2nd Bathroom - bathtub/shower combination with glass shower doors, single vanity
Living room - queen size sleeper sofa, 32 inch flat screen cable TV, DVD/VCR player
Fully equipped kitchen.
Full Size washer/dryer located in condo.
Complimentary WIFI - high speed Cox cable internet service with desk in living room.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)


Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.


No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Breakers East Association does not allow setup of large canopies or tents on the Breakers East beach.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Great host, huge balcony with a great view, all the amenities of home, beautiful beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are a nice included bonus. Plenty of waterfront dining options close by. Didn’t spend much time at the pool but it was also very nice. Would stay at Breakers East again.

4th Annual shrimp & grits getaway

This is a fabulous unit with a stunning view of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with all upscale appliances. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Breakers East and everyone we interacted with were wonderful, and the staff provided great service. Unfortunately, Room 1105 was very disappointing.There are no overhead lights in any of the rooms, only lamps, which do not provide adequate lighting. The condo has an unpleasant odor, the furniture smells musty, and the overall unit feels very outdated. The beds were acceptable, but not particularly comfortable.We enjoy Breakers East and would return in the future; however, we would not stay in this unit again. I truly believe the owners should spend a few nights in the condo themselves so they can experience firsthand the issues that guests encounter. The unit is in need of significant updating and attention.

Amazing, awesome!

We were all impressed with the place. it was one of the greatest vacation stays ever. Very clean condo and well taken cared off. Thumbs off to the person who cleans it and arranges the towels and tissue so beautifully. We ended up extending our stay one more day. The manager was always readily available by phone or text. We can't wait to plan our next vacation to Destin, and will definitely book this condo again.

Very clean and comfortable condo on the beach with an awesome view. The only real complaint would be the shutters in second did not darken the bedroom enough from exterior lights, should be replaced or add curtains.

Perfection!

This property was absolute perfection. The parking spot was prime, the property grounds were clean and well kept, the location was centrally located on the Destin strip. Just a few steps to the beach with the heated pool for when the beach was a red flag. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. Their attention to the little details made our trip even better. I can’t say enough about this experience. Looking forward to staying with this host again soon!

Needs a Refresh

Condo kitchen is very nice and fully equipped. This unit needs a good Spring cleaning and a little TLC. Remove the dirty carpet, new paint, and new towels and MB comforter would be a good start. The condo is nice and we would stay again if at least the carpet was gone.

Breakers East

Unit has a fabulous view of gulf. It was quiet and well furnished. Having beach set up service included was very convenient. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Unit did have a musty smell. There was water damage that left a section of dining area ceiling damaged that may have contributed to smell. Only other issue was master suite mattress is extra firm. Not a necessarily negative but a preference issue. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break.
