Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following: Wash and put away all used dishes Strip linens from all used beds and place on the floor in the laundry room.
Place all towels in the washing machine and start the washer.
Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use of ATVs, dirt bikes, or motorized vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited.
No driving on grass. Vehicles must remain in the driveway path and concrete at all times. Violations will result in additional charges.
