This 4-bedroom house is perfect for your escape to Navarre.

Sitting on a half acre with a large yard and extra parking - to even accommodate your trailers and boats - in the heart of town, central to literally everything. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and doughnut shops, and less than 2 miles to the stunning white sands of Navarre Beach.

The living room features a large comfortable sectional sofa with three recliners and a Smart TV, as well as throw pillows and blankets for family movie nights in.

The well equipped kitchen offers a Keurig, Nespresso, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle for coffee or tea, slow cooker, air fryer, blender, pots, pans, and utensils to cook for your whole group. An assortment of coffees and tea will be provided to get you started, along with filters, creamer, and sweeteners.

The large master bedroom features a king sized bed and 2 recliner "cozy nook" where Mom and Dad can have some peaceful moments to themselves. In the en suite bathroom, you'll find a large walk in shower, double sinks, towels (to include hair and makeup specific), a blow dryer, hand mirror, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The next 2 roomy bedrooms each contain a queen bed, night stands, and lamps. One bedroom contains a desk, chair, and lamp for those who need to work in peace. All bedroom lamps feature USB charging ports.

The 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed set, with stairs and a railing for the top bunk.*The owner's closet in this room will remain locked*.

We provide a Pack 'n Play and high chair/booster seat combo, as well as plastic plates, bowls, and cups (even two sippy cups) for the little kiddos.

There are beach towels and chairs for everyone, as well as an assortment of beach and back yard toys. Inside, there are board games, jigsaw puzzles, and playing cards for family entertainment.

The back patio features a large dining table with umbrella as well as a comfy loveseat and charcoal grill. We have corn hole and footballs to toss around in the huge beautiful yard you wish you had at home.

Why they chose this property

We're situated in a quiet, family neighborhood - you'll see walkers, joggers, and bikers going by, and it's not unusual to get a wave.

We're super close to the beach, but not "beach traffic" close - you can be there in ~7 minutes on a bad day.

Plenty of things to do in town, and WAY more within a 30 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

My husband did 89.7% of the construction on this home, so we have a lot more heart invested in making it great for you. Navarre is our favorite place in the world, and we'd love to share it with you.

If you WANT recommendations, I'm here, and I'll recommend local 98% of the time, but we have plenty of national chains also if that's your jam - I'm here for you. Anything we can do to make your stay better, we're super close by.

The large back patio and yard are great for all kinds of relaxing and having fun. A charcoal grill, table with umbrella, and loveseat provide ample room for your backyard activities.

Out front you'll find 2 rocking chairs to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments.
