Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off stove, gas, oven, running faucets, showers
Close windows, french doors
Turn off a/c (cooling) - no lower than 76 degrees, and heating to be no more than 66 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Quiet hours are 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No hair color, bleach, or permanent dye application allowed. Black washcloths only for makeup removal
Do not tamper with enclosures around the spiral staircase. These help to maintain safety for you while preserving a historical feature of the house.
Please rinse sand off before entering the house. Return all beach equipment to its designated place and do not bring it inside the house
