Our stay at Spencer's house was very enjoyable. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, just a short walk from Green Lake. It has a well equipped kitchen which we used to cook meals, and is overall very comfortable. We visited in August. The configuration of the house in terms of beds/baths is - Ground Floor: 1 King Bedroom (by far the nicest bedroom), 1 full common bathroom, 1 common den with pullout couch/sofa bed. - Basement: 1 Queen Bedroom and 1 common bathroom. Basement is much cooler than rest of the house. - Upstairs: 1 Queen bedroom with skylights and room A/C as it is much warmer than rest of the house. No bathroom on this floor, must descend to ground floor. Like many houses in the area, the stairs between floors are quite steep, likely not appropriate for older folks. I would think small children should be monitored around them. The furniture in the house was very comfortable and plentiful, as were the outside sitting areas. There's a very nice, private backyard in which we enjoyed our evenings. We liked the generously sized TV in the den, the kitchen appliances, and the drinking/hot water tap in the kitchen sink. Spencer is very responsive and has good communication, which is always appreciated!
