Beautiful, newly equipped apartment with a wonderful view from the roof terrace of the Steinerne Meer and the Hochkönig massif. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 living room with two beds on a pull-out double couch, TV, stereo and two single beds on an open sleeping gallery above, kitchen and dining area adjoin the living-sleeping area, bathroom / toilet, hallway with cloakroom and cupboards, free WiFi. Indoor swimming pool and sauna in the house can be used free of charge. Elevator in the house. Bed linen and towels can be brought by yourself or borrowed from the caretaker. The final cleaning is carried out exclusively by the caretaker.

Our cozy and comfortable apartments are located in the well-kept apartment house Anderl on a sunny, quiet hillside at about 1000 m above sea level directly in the Hochkönig skiing and hiking area. The apartment 'Selbhorn' on the top floor with a fantastic view from the roof terrace and on the ground floor the apartment 'Aberg' with a beautiful large terrace. Enjoy many inclusive services with the Hochkönig Card. B.  the comfortable ascents and descents of the mountain railways, the hiking bus, free entry to the adventure swimming pool, summer toboggan run and more. v.m. in summer. Night skiing, free helmet camera, national park museum u. v.m. in the winter. WiFi is free in the apartments. Parking spaces are available at the house. Use of the large indoor swimming pool in the house and the sauna with relaxation room are free of charge and offer you relaxation. The swimming pool will be closed from November 5th to December 10th due to cleaning work. There is an elevator in the house. In the basement there is a room with table tennis tables and table football. There is also an automatic bowling alley that can be rented for a fee. There is a ski cellar in Haus Anderl, which can also be used as a bicycle cellar in summer. Bread service on request. Haus Anderl is located right next to the ski slope with access to all lifts in the Hochkönig ski area (ski in ski out). You can put on your skis next to the parking lot. At the end of your day of skiing you drive from the piste directly to the front door. The Hintermoos ski station with the Schwarzeckalm lift and the gondola lift to Hochmais is only approx. 300 m from the house and takes you to the approx. 150 km of slopes in the Hochkönig ski area, which belongs to the Ski Amadé ski association. Right next to the house is also a children's ski school with its own practice lift (ski school is not open during the entire season). A few minutes' walk from the house there are some neat and cozy restaurants. In winter Hintermoos also offers après ski opportunities. In summer you will experience an idyllic and magical hiking area with lush green meadows and clear mountain streams - where nature is still pure and unadulterated. With its location at the foot of the Hundstein (2117m), the Anderl apartment house also offers an ideal starting point for extended and demanding mountain bike tours. The Hundstein MTB route is one of the highest and most interesting trails in the Alps. In Maria Alm there is the Natrun adventure mountain with numerous attractions for the whole family, such as a forest slide park, one of the most beautiful archery courses in Europe, various forest ropes courses (from children's tree trails to practice courses and easy courses to panorama courses and adrenaline courses), a flow trail for mountain bikers and various nature trails.
