Vacation home not far from the Großer Ötscher with a balcony and a fantastic view
The apartment enjoys the comfort of being only 200m from the Großer Ötscher - 2-seater chairlift. This lift takes you comfortably to the refuge on the Großer Ötscher even in the summer months. Hiking trails lead past the house. On hot summer days, a trip to the Ötschergräben or to the Lunzer or Erlaufsee is worthwhile. There is a shoe dryer in the entrance area, which can also be used for your wet hiking shoes in summer. Despite the central location, the house is very quiet and has no traffic. The closest restaurant is 150 meters away. A free covered parking space per apartment is available in front of the house. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house and the infrared sauna provides hours of relaxation after an exciting day. In summer, the Wilde Wunder Card is included in the room price. With this card, you can use the local cable cars once for free and enjoy discounts on numerous activities in the area. The final cleaning (EUR 45.00) is not included in the price! Our apartment is on the 1st Floor and offers a wonderful view of the Little Ötscher from the balcony. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, a filter coffee machine and a stove. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and tea towels are provided. Furthermore, this apartment has a living-dining room and a bedroom with a double bed. For the 3rd and 4th Person has a sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped private bathroom offers a shower and a hairdryer, as well as a stool for our little guests. Towels are of course provided. You can reach our natural garden with a fire pit and charcoal grill via the steps at the carport. Shops can be found within a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive.
