Apartment with an on-site ski school and ski rental

Our first-floor apartment offers plenty of space for 1–2 people. The cosy kitchen-living room, featuring a dining area, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, sleeper sofa, and TV, is a great place to relax. The holiday rental features a bedroom with a double bed. The spacious bathroom, complete with a shower, sink, and separate toilet, rounds out the overall experience. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for doing your laundry. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking space in front of the building free of charge. The apartment features high-quality hardwood floors. A free parking space is also available. Our guests receive discounts at the in-house ski school and rental shop. At the “Almcafe,” located just 180 m away, you can enjoy breakfast upon request. A 40% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival. The final cleaning fee of EUR 38, as well as the overnight tax of EUR 1.60 per night for guests aged 15 and older, will be charged separately. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM; earlier or later times are possible by telephone arrangement. Check-out: 10:00 AM, as we need to prepare the holiday rental for the next guests. Information on key pickup: Please let our property manager, Veronika Haberfellner, know well in advance when you expect to arrive.
