Newly renovated and tastefully furnished one-room apartment with kitchenette, dining area on the 1st floor with balcony, very quiet area in the district of Schöntal, right by the forest and 150 meters from the Schöntal bathing pond. Schöntal has no through traffic, generally only 30 km / h. allowed.

There is the possibility to use the couch next to the double bed as a sofa bed, so three people can stay overnight.

Optimal starting point for extended hiking and trekking tours, through the untouched German-French biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest / Northern Vosges or tours to the countless castle ruins and bizarre rock formations in the vicinity, relax at one of the many swimming ponds of Ludwigswinkel, great mountain bike tours (direct entry into signposted tours on House), but also relaxed touring biking without any noteworthy climbs in the Sauerbach valley to Wissembourg - Alsace, visit to the biosphere house in the neighboring town with tree top path, barefoot park, mini golf, and a really high quality gastronomy.
