Lage top - ansonsten mit Schwächen

Lage direkt am Leuchtturm, Blickrichtung aber Süd/Ost auf Warnemünde bzw Hohe Düne und die Marina. Nachts (Nachtschwärmer) und morgens ab ca 7 Uhr sehr laut (Müllabfuhr, Lieferfahrzeuge). Längeres Schlafen bei gekipptem Fenster nicht möglich. Ausstattung wirkt auf den Bildern ok, ist aber qualitativ durchschnittlich und darüberhinaus leider deutlich abgewohnt. Teilweise dreckig (Besteck, Gläser, Backblech!, Rotweinflecken an der Wand!!). Heizung Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht regulieren und Stand auf Dauervollgas. Kommentar „die Warnemünder“ auf unsere Bitte um Abhilfe: „Die lässt sich nicht einstellen. Aber draußen ist es ja kalt - machen Sie doch einfach die Fenster auf, dann wird es kühler!“ Unfassbarer Ratschlag - und das im Jahr 2024. Insgesamt: der reale Zustand hält nur zum Teil (die gute Lage), was Bilder und auch das Preisniveau ggf. erwarten lassen.
