This approximately 45-square-meter, two-room holiday apartment, “Windjammer,” located not far from Warnemünde’s Kirchenplatz, offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a holiday guest. Dear guests, welcome! We’re pleased to offer you our cosy “Windjammer” holiday apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

The living room features two single sofa beds. You’ll find all the amenities here, such as cable TV, a radio, and CD and DVD players. The bedroom, located in a very quiet part of the apartment, is furnished with a double bed and a large closet. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy an undisturbed night’s sleep after exciting days on holiday. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, small freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower, and a hair dryer is also provided. The apartment is for non-smokers only. The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

The apartment’s initial supply includes one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, hand towels, tea towels, shower mat).

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Baker’s, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Visitors’ tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or more: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons (80% or more), accompanying persons (only if the severely disabled person 100% and registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
- Dog/Windjammer: 5.00 € per night
