Villa Margherita - Theater Home, apartment with marvellous lake view

Villa Margherita is located in the historic centre of Gardola, Tignale. Convenient to all services while maintaining the ideal tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has every comfort, has two large double bedrooms, one with a lake view. On the floor of the apartment there is a lovely balcony from which to admire the fantastic lake view, but if you want to have dinner enjoying the almost total view of Lake Garda, on the floor below is a large furnished terrace. Within walking distance there are shops, restaurants and pizzerias. Guests have a space to store bicycles and motorcycles and a parking space for small and medium cars. At approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool and the Visitor Center.

The apartment is a three-room apartment of approx. 95 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a balcony, a terrace with a fantastic lake view. Comforts include the kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), oven, toast machine, German coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dish detergent, dish cloths, satellite TV, deck chairs, sun umbrella, electric broom, washing machine iron and ironing board ironing. For cars 500 m from the villa there is a public car park.

Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
