About this property

The cottage is located in Cecina, in a quiet area but convenient to all services, surrounded by olive trees. In a few minutes you reach the centre of Toscolano where you can find pizzerias, shops, restaurants and the pharmacy. This cottage has a private garden, a parking space.

The cottage is a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Ground floor: living room, kitchen and furnished garden. First floor: double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Comforts include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a microwave, a German coffee maker, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning on the first floor.

Urlaub mit Hund

Das Rustico ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen tollen Garten. Für uns mit Hund ist es ideal gewesen. Das Inventar der Küche müsste ersetzt werden, es ist alt und zum Teil unappetitlich. Mit dem Müll hatten wir Mühe da unser Aufenthalt so gelegen ist das wir am Schluß nicht wussten wo wir ihn leeren sollen da keine Müllabfuhr war.

Gute Lace

Schönes ruhiges Haus Die Lage und der Zustand des Hauses sind hervorragend. Es sollte eine Information geben dass Bettwäsche und Toilettenpapier sowie Salz und Gewürze mitzunehmen sind. Kein guter Service ist den Kunden zur Schlüsselübergabe nach Tignale zu schicken um ihm dort mitzuteilen dass die Übergabe in Toscolano stattfindet.
